We work with providers and commissioners to gather young peoples perceptions of mental health services. The aim is to make it easy and quick for service users to participate in giving feedback that would help commissioners to assess performance against objectives.
Together with providers and commissioners we design and used a questionnaire covering issues such as:
- The first session
- Understanding and explanation of the process
- The session experience for young people
- The support received
- Improvement and outcomes
As with all the surveys we support, user driven methods are in place for communicating with all interested parties and so that progress can be monitored throughout the collection process. As soon as the survey is completed the different strands of data are collected in a series of reports and spreadsheets, which can be downloaded
